What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy uses food and lifestyle support to tackle health conditions. Therapeutic supplements are sometimes included to correct vitamin deficiencies or target a health condition where evidence supports their use. Nutritional therapy looks at all areas of the body to make sense of symptoms in a joined-up way to understand what’s driving the illness – or debilitating symptoms.
